Ruth represents strength, wisdom, and the generations of women who have paved the way before us. It’s the middle name shared by both my grandmother and my daughter, two symbols of resilience, love, and unwavering grace. 

Honey honors my grandfather, affectionately called “Honey Boy,” a man who devoted his life to working with children and uplifting his community. His warmth, integrity, and commitment to empowerment are at the heart of everything we do.

 Ruth & Honey Co. was born from a simple but powerful truth: far too often, people are left to navigate major health transitions without adequate support. Our current healthcare system often leaves critical gaps after hospital discharge, leaving families and individuals overwhelmed and underserved. We exist to bridge that gap. 

Whether supporting new mothers through postpartum recovery, providing newborn care and family wellness, or offering private-duty nursing for medically complex clients, our mission remains the same: To deliver nurse-led, culturally competent, and holistic care that restores dignity, confidence, and well-being.

Ruth & Honey Co. provides nurse-led postpartum and family wellness care designed to support the transition into life after birth. Our services offer compassionate, culturally rooted support for mothers, newborns, and families. We provide everything from recovery and feeding guidance to newborn care, mental wellness, and safety education. The journey into parenthood should never be walked alone, let us walk alongside you. 

Ruth & Honey Co. offers private duty, nurse-led wellness and recovery services for individuals navigating surgery, chronic illness, or complex medical needs. Our care bridges the gap between hospital and home, providing support that’s compassionate, comprehensive, and rooted in dignity. From wound care and medication management to patient advocacy, care coordination, and post-operative check-ins, we help clients feel safe, informed, and empowered at every stage of life.

Ruth & Honey Co. partners with birthworkers and healthcare providers to deliver compassionate, nursing-led care directly to families in their homes. For providers, we also offer restorative care and consultations to boost revenue. This partnership allows providers to focus on high-quality care.
